During a breakfast seminar hosted by Ekonomistyrningsverket and the Expert Council for Digital investments in Stockholm, SCDI participated with a keynote delivered by Johan Magnusson where he shared research findings from a recent study.
The discussion focused on how public sector organizations should stop pushing their development funded through loans, and instead open up for more innovation utilizing a different take on operating expense.
