Dina Koutsikouri just finalised a review of the work conducted within the SKF LEDA project. The project involved numerous stakeholders and was focused on finding the factors necessary for successful digitalisation in municipalities. In the report LEDA is in part compared to DiMiOS, a model for digital maturity developed by researchers within SCDI on assignment from the Offices of the Government of Sweden.
