Digital innovation is essential for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Therefore, SCDI was happy to be invited to give an inspirational talk on how to organize for digital innovation in the bioeconomy. The workshop was arranged by Nordic Testbed Network, which is an initiative from the Nordic Minister Council for mobilizing testbeds in the Nordic countries related to research in agriculture and forestry. Here, Frida from SCDI shared insights from the on-going research project with Sydved and provided three challenging thoughts on how organizing for digital innovation is different from how we have thought about innovation in the past with the aim to stimulate fruitful discussions on how to move forward towards hybrid innovation environments.
