Through the ongoing collaboration with Sundsvall Municipality, students of the Masterprogram in Digital Leadership at the University of Gothenburg presented their reports to the managers in Sundsvall yesterday. The reports addressed issues and recommendations for improvements within areas such as IT Governance, Portfolio management, Legacy Management and Opportunity cost, and we hope that this will give key insights into how Sundsvall needs to change in order to drive increased digital capabilities and digital maturity.

In addition to this, the research group presented their work on the utilization of loan-based investments as a new funding model for digital infrastructure to the board.

The research with Sundsvall will now continue to derive new methods for managing the digital debt.
