SCDI participated with a keynote at the annual gathering of municipal finance officers and accountants. The keynote focused on the issue of prioritization in municipal digitalization, drawing from recent findings from the Research Consortium for Digital Government. Issues raised included the necessity for modernizing the digital infrastructure, shifting over to capex-funding of certain digital initiatives and the two new methods developed by the consortium: PIOS and DIOS, i.e. portfolio management and digital infrastructure mapping.
