SCDI faculty gave both the opening keynote and participated in a panel at the annual conference on ”Leading the future of welfare” in Gothenburg Sweden. The keynote focused on how digital transformation is stifled by existing governance, and how this needs to change. The panel discussed a recent report by SCDI and the Digital Government Research Consortium about shifts in digital transformation strategies in Swedish municipalities.
