Marcus Matteby, one of SCDIs executive doctoral students received the DI Tech Excellence Award for CIO of the Year. In parallel with his doctoral studies, Marcus works as CDO for Sundsvall and Ånge municipalities, two municipalities that have engaged in what they refer to as a digital merger through collective digital transformation.
