Emelie Fröberg is an assistant professor with the House of Innovation at the Stockholm School of Economics.
Currently, she is exploring the following questions:
- How much value can machine learning add to manager heuristics or naïve models in predictions of consumer sales in retailing? What are the key drivers of consumer sales in retailing?
- What has been the impact of MiFID II on equity funds? What drives unbundled commissions (i.e. commissions divided into costs of investment advice and transaction fees) and what is the impact on fund performance?
- What drives knowledge production and dissemination?
