Jonathan Crusoe is a researcher at the University of Borås and a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Gothenburg. His Ph.D. is from Linköping university in the discipline of information systems and resulted in a doctoral thesis with the title ”Open Government Data as a Reform and Ecosystem: A conceptual framework for evolution and health”. His doctoral thesis presents the RE-ECO framework, describing how people and organizations change IT, themselves, and society to realize values through digital ecosystems. His doctoral research has involved national and international collaborations with practitioners and academics, disseminating the results through popular science articles and research papers. He has had a research stay at the University of Namur, Belgium, and at the Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands. His research interest includes, not limited to, rhetoric, processes, metaphors, transformation, and ethics.
