Kristian Norling is a PhD student in informatics at the Department of Applied Information Technology, University of Gothenburg. He is part of the research consortium Digital Government. In his research he focuses on new ways of working in the digital workplace within the public sector. Before starting his PhD studies, Kristian has worked 20 years in various managerial and strategy roles on the business side of digital development, in both the private and public sector. He is currently working part time for Region Västra Götaland as a digital strategist.
