Leman Isik is an Executive Doctoral student and part of the SCDI Digital Government Research School. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Gothenburg in 1996 and a master’s degree in finance, management and governance from the same institution in 2011. She has more than 30 years of experience working in the municipality and region. She has worked with all aspects of finance over the years, as well as with governance, management, digitalization, strategy, and development, change management, and service.
Her research is focused on issues related to benefits realization and opportunity cost as vehicles for enhanced digital transformation in the public sector, primarily in a regional setting.
