Lotta Hultin is an Affiliated Research Fellow with SCDI through the House of Innovation at the Stockholm School of Economics. Her research focuses on technology, work and organization from a management studies perspective. In her PhD thesis, she examined the role of technology broadly defined in the adoption and development of Lean management practices within the public sector. Her research approach is qualitative and mostly informed by process philosophy. Specifically, her focal concern is the way in which information technology transforms social (both individual and collective) spaces and practices. Lotta Hultin holds MSc in Management and Organization from Stockholm School of Economics.
